Since its start in 2010, it has been extremely successful; its organizers then kept on making it better quality and selection wise. You should expect some great new stuff at the Notte Fondente 2015 chocolate tasting routes, which will be held in the village of Gardone Sopra from 7:30pm to midnight on Friday 21 August.

Fondente is Italian for dark chocolate. What you do is you choose among 4 routes-menus, pick up tasting kits and coupons before setting off on your travelling dinner, and enjoy the evening strolling through the village while being entertained with music and surprises and tasting dishes prepared by the numerous participating restaurants, chef Riccardo Camanini’s starred Lido 84 being one of them.

What makes this event unique is that every dish has chocolate, the ‘food of the gods’. Here are the four tasting routes you will choose from:
Fedra (green menu),
Alcjone (yellow),
Elettra (fuchsia)
Maia (blue).

The coupon is 35 Euros and includes two appetizers, two entrees, two main courses, three desserts, seven wines, water, coffee, and an alcoholic drink.
