The triathlon is divided in three sections:
Swimming – 1500 metres. Start at the Spiaggia dei Cappuccini beach and the finish line at the Ponte di Porta Brescia bridge.
Cycling – 40 km. Passing through the towns of Ponti sul Mincio, Monzambano, Solferino and Pozzolengo.
Running – 10 km. Along the right shore of the Mincio river.
