Unlimited Wifi is available and other useful facilities include, TV and DVD player with plenty of DVD’s. (Although the TV only receives Italian channels you could bring your iPad or iPhone and the correct lead to view YouTube or UK channels on the TV via the internet)
The apartment does not have air conditioning but it is not required, as the stone walls are very thick and provide excellent insulation. The temperature inside remains relatively constant temperature, cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Although the garden area directly outside the apartment is a communal garden it is rarely used by other residents as they prefer to use the garden area around the pool, this gives you a beautiful outside space with fantastic views for outside dining, bbq’s and sunbathing. The pool, which is set in beautifully kept gardens, enjoys stunning views across the whole of the south of Lake Garda, taking in the Gulf of Salo, Isola del Garda, the Rock of Manerba and Sirmione.
The 16th ‘Il Palazzo’ was originally built as a home for a nobleman and has been utilised as a convent, a town hall and an important restaurant before becoming a peaceful retreat for Italians and holiday makers.
