Extra virgin olive oil
Le Chiusure cultivates about 500 olive trees Casaliva, Leccino and Pendolino from which you get extra virgin olive oil, pure essence of the tree symbol of the landscape of Lake Garda.
Olives are harvested early and milled in our presence at the mill cooperative of which we are members.
Only our own olives are used to produce our oil, which is filtered at the co-operative before being returned to our place of business to be bottled.
