Seselle DOC
Seselle is a good accompaniment to the most important red meat or game dishes, but also cheese and savory meats. It can be aged with a good evolution for another 3-4 years. Service ideal: large glasses (ballon), never too cold.
aromas: ripe fruit, spicy, berries, jams red
taste: intense, fruity, sweet tannins

Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Garda Classico Groppello DOC
It goes well with red meats, grills, roasts, stews. Serve at a temperature of 18°C. with the foresight to uncork the bottle at least one hour before. Bottles of 4:00 to 5:00 years and over it is better to decant.
aromas: fruit and spice, slightly vinous
taste: intense and fruity with a slightly bitter aftertaste and herbaceous
Type of grapes: Groppello gentile 50%, Groppello Mocasina 50%
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Marzemino DOC
Goes well with braised meats, stews, game and aged cheese skewers. Serve at a temperature of 16°-18°.

taste: intense and fruity with a slightly bitter aftertaste and herbaceous
Type of grapes: Groppello gentile 50%, Groppello Mocasina 50%
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
Lugana DOC
Ideal as an aperitif. It goes well with appetizers, seafood, shellfish and white meat. It is also very good with hard cheeses. Serve at a temperature of about 8° – 10° C.
aromas: aromas of almond and white peach
taste: fresh, fruity and dry
Type of grapes: 100% Trebbiano di Lugana
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
San Sivino IGT
A fine, balanced wine ideal to accompany fish dishes. Excellent as an aperitif. Serve chilled
aromas: white flowers, slightly aromatic

Type of grapes: 70% Riesling, 30% Trebbiano di Lugana
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Garda Classico Chiaretto DOC
Tasted in a special tulip glass this will amaze the connoisseur and suggest pairings with light foods, not overly processed, appetizers, vegetables, freshwater fish and white meat. Serve at a temperature of 10°-12°C.

Valtenesi Chiaretto FontanaMora DOC.
A wine which can be enjoyed young but which evolves over time enhancing its softness and flavor. Serve chilled.

Lugana Brut DOC.
The perlage is fine and persistent. Excellent aperitif, accompanied by well-delicate pastas, fish and shellfish. Serve at a temperature of 7°-8°C.

Vigna “Fenil Boi” Lugana DOC
Very versatile with all the local dishes of Lake Garda, also excellent with seafood.

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
Garda DOC Rose Brut
Ideal aperitif, accompanied by the excellent Mediterranean cuisine and especially fish, both of sea and lake. Serve chilled.

Had the white wine whilst on holiday at lake Garda, loved it. Do they export to the UK? Look forward to my next visit for more white wine. The blush is also great.
Hi Barbera, yes they make fantastic wine at a reasonable price. I drove over and brought a few bottles home with me. The olive oil is also very good. I’m not sure if they export…. I don’t believe so but you could always ask them here.
